I was browsing the interweb earlier and having a look at a few of my favourite websites when I came across some fab freebies from Echo Park. Over the past weeks they have been releasing a number of e-documents for project ideas and they have added a number of free downloadable instructions to their shop over the weekend. They are all Christmas related projects which would be great with our December kit also features Echo Park paper.I also popped over to Tim Holtz's blog to catch up on his 12 Tags of Christmas. He's up to day 11 now which means it is coming to an end soon which is really sad. While I might not have loved each and every one of his tags, I love the techniques he combines to create them. Reading his daily posts has been really inspirational, he photographs each tag in progress so you can see each step and I get itchy fingers to get crafting!
Today's tag has fab shrink plastic embellishments made using a melt pot - I haven't used my one in ages! Its a quick and simple way to make your own decorative elements and has planted an idea in my head.....!!
